We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate sizing and measurements, but these are approximate and we cannot guarantee that all information is always complete or free of errors.
Our products are intended solely for domestic and private use, and are not designed for any business-related purposes.
Please be aware that our products are not targeted at individuals under 16 years of age and may not be suitable for them. We do not sell to children; our products are available only to adults over 18 who can make purchases using a credit or debit card or other payment methods.
We impose certain limitations on order acceptance from specific countries, which are detailed on our Delivery Information page.
If we cannot process your order, we will notify you and will not charge you for the Product(s). This may occur for various reasons, such as the Product(s) being out of stock, unforeseen resource limitations, or errors in pricing or descriptions. For made-to-order and custom products, if we cannot meet your specified deadline, we will contact you to explore faster production and shipping options. If no alternatives are available to meet the deadline, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund.
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The version applicable to your Contract (as defined in Section 6.2) will be the one displayed on Our Site at the time you place your order.

How long does it take to ship and deliver custom or made-to-order products?
The estimated shipping and delivery time for custom or made-to-order products is 4 to 6 days after production is finished.
How long is shipping & delivery for in stock ready to ship items?
Shipping and delivery times for in-stock items can differ. In the US, the estimated delivery time is 4-6 days after you place your order.
If I'm unhappy with my purchase, can I receive a refund?
We regret to inform you that we do not provide refunds. However, we can exchange the item for the same one if the size is incorrect. Please note that custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange, so ensure your measurements are accurate.
If I'm no longer interested, can I cancel a custom or made-to-order item?
You can cancel your order within 4-5 days after placing it. But once production starts, you won't be able to cancel or make any changes.
To find out if my order is finished and ready to be shipped, how can I check?
