We offer standard shipping through USPS Priority Mail or DHL, with delivery typically occurring within 4-6 business days, Monday to Friday, for DHL shipments. Saturday delivery is available for Priority Mail, depending on the warehouse from which your order is dispatched. Free shipping is available exclusively within the U.S. Please be aware that once your package is shipped, Dragmadamclothing.com cannot be held responsible for any delays, as these are managed by the carrier and can differ based on the package's origin and destination.
Ready to Ship Products:

Custom Made By Order Products:
Custom-made products have an estimated order processing time of 3-5 days after placement. Customers may cancel their orders during this time, but cancellations are not possible once production begins. After production is complete, orders will be shipped within 2-3 days following inspection by our fashion merchandiser to check for any factory defects. Delivery is expected within 4-6 days after shipping, and customers will receive an email or text notification with the tracking number once their order has been dispatched.
Signature Requirement:
All packages require a signature unless a release form is filled out and returned via scan/email or fax. Contact customer service for the release form, which will be emailed to you.
